Couples looking for luxury
The staff were unbelievably helpful, I mean, when we heard about that typhoon coming, they refunded us for the night we couldn’t stay. And the room was huge, super clean too, just a really nice vibe.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but felt it was fair for what we got.

I had a great time enjoying the chic breakfast room and the complimentary afternoon drinks. The pool and spa area were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, we initially got a room with no view, but they quickly switched us to one with a lovely outlook. definitely call ahead to avoid that! 🌟

Dining here is a trip! The a la carte menu offers delightful pasta and tiramisu that'll have your taste buds doing a happy dance. Plus, the location is fab, just a hop from Kyoto Station for exploring! Comfy beds make it a total chill zone.
Breakfast was a bit of a snooze-fest, and the strict hours felt a little harsh. Also, beware of the frosted glass in some rooms—a surprise for sure!

Beautiful hotel in a prime location
I had a great experience in this hotel with its beautiful decor and friendly staff. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. Its prime location near Kyoto Station made it easy to explore the city. However, the air conditioning could definitely use some improvement as it didn't work well during my stay.

Great place to chill!
I stayed for 2 nights and had a good time. The staff were super friendly, and the room was cozy with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was nice too, but I couldn't enjoy it fully since our room was near a busy road. A bit noisy at night, especially with all the ambulances. Still, overall a good stay!
